Consignment Note Booking Conditions

1. Clients should ensure that their envelopes/packets do not contain any letters or communications that violate the India Post Office Act, 1893. We accept parcels in good faith and are not responsible for any contents that infringe the law.
2. Hazardous goods, as prohibited by transport agencies, will not be accepted.
3. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by any government or local authority action.
4. Clients are advised to insure parcels containing valuables.
5. Our liability for loss or damage shall not exceed Rs. 100/-.
6. We are not liable for any consequential losses arising from delays, damages, or non-delivery.
7. We are not responsible for losses resulting from events beyond our control, such as floods, accidents, fires, theft, or war.
8. Delivery schedules may be delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances. Provide contact details and location maps to avoid delivery issues. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
9. Any taxes or charges imposed by authorities will be extra and payable by the consignor/consignee.
10. Volumetric charges apply for parcels with low weight but large dimensions.
11. We are not responsible for loss, misdelivery, delay, or damage to articles except as specified in clause 5.
12. GoFast Courier has the right to inspect any shipment, including opening the package if necessary.
13. We do not carry cash, jewelry, precious metals, or contraband and are not liable for losses of such items.
14. Our rates apply to each article unless stated otherwise.
15. Proof of delivery is available upon request within thirty days of dispatch. Claims must be made within this period.
16. Disputes will be settled within the jurisdiction of the Mumbai courts or Consumer Redressal Forum.
17. Delivery schedules depend on the mode of transport.
18. GoFast Courier holds a general lien against the owners of goods for any money owed.
19. We are not liable for consequential damages, including loss of income, profits, or market value.
20. The shipper must ensure that goods are properly packed for safe transportation.
